i like this article. lol... cuz those things drive me crazy too.
1. they talk...and talk.
sure, i talk...and talk too. that's why it drives me crazy (being unable to talk XD) another thing is that i love quiet moments too.
2. they instantly despise your ex.
while i can understand why they think their boyfriends is the BEST of the BEST, i don't understand why mine (or anyone else's) become the lousiest of the lot. (if there's a lot to begin with)
3. they hide their past.
people love to hide their past. few like to mention them. but not talking about them and deliberately evading them is not the same.
4. they wear your stuff.
ok, they don't wear my stuff but i'm one who values privacy. i don't really like people touching my things unless they're people i'm emotionally close to.
5. they scoff at your hobbies.
ok maybe i didn't get scoffed but they DO scoff at weird hobbies. for instance, i do scoff at soccer sometimes. lol.
6. they're insecure.
i'm guilty as charged. but i'm not a victim of it :D (it'll be TERRIBLE if i were... lol?!)
7. they think they're domestic goddess.
agreed. the legendary "empress dowager" living under our roofs...
8. they ask THAT question (what are you thinking about)
now now problem lies when they wouldn't have the answer even if i told them, so why should i tell them? and thing is, they'll probably think i'm freaking odd. so, seriously, WHY should i tell them? (though i do ask this question to guys now and then LOL and i honestly doubt i get a 100% honest answer :/)
9. they complain about the weather.
"ah, the sun! i forgot to apply sunblock! it's wayyy too hot and scorching!" whatever.
10. they talk over films.
"you think he'll get killed?" "oh my god, NO HE'S WALKING THE WRONG WAY!!! TURN BACK!!! YOU THINK HE SHOULD TURN BACK TOO RIGHT?!!"..... seriously, can you people be QUIET when watching a film. firstly, whether "he" gets killed or not is not up to me. secondly, so what if "he" is walking the wrong way? (there wouldn't be a film if he DOESNT walk the wrong way.)
oh ya. talking about "Talking over films"... my mom just has the superb talent to interrupt me when i'm watching the exciting part of the show. *boring part* (she keeps quiet) *romance blooming* (she starts talking) *he holds her hands* (she suddenly gets exciting while doing her monologue) *they're going to kiss* (she asks me if i'm listening and ask me to unplug my ear plugs)
superb timing, i would say.
it never fails.
almost. .____.;
