Perhaps he's a handicap, cuz i saw this cool person sitting on his wheelchair and moving at a faster pace than i was. at first sight, i thought his wheelchair was those motor ones which cost around $10,000~$50,000 for one. as he choo choo along on his wheelchair, that's when i realised, his wheelchair wasn't the one that i had imagined. his wheelchair was rather unique, having those conventional wheelchair bound to a scooter of some sort. but the scooter had a relatively large base, and the height of the scooter base was just nice to allow his wheelchair's wheels to move on the ground. so perhaps he had that scooter made to order? expensive as it is, but perhaps cheaper than those automated wheelchair where you can just nail your butt on and go just about everywhere by twitching your fingers :)
